Join Vincent Logistics as a Business Development Manager
With over 50 years of experience in transport and logistics, Vincent Logistics is a key player in the industry. To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (M/W/X) who is ready to take on new challenges and drive our expansion across Europe.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients and prospects in the transport and logistics sector;
- Identify and seize new business opportunities to increase revenue;
- Negotiate and secure contracts with clients across Europe;
- Ensure strong commercial follow-up and maintain lasting relationships with partners;
- Work closely with internal teams to provide tailored services to clients;
- Travel regularly across Europe to meet clients and prospects.
Your profile:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in transport/logistics;
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent relationship-building abilities;
- Independent, proactive, and able to spot and capitalize on opportunities;
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across Europe;
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
