Acquisition of Vincent Logistics by the Berto Group !

In order to secure its future and position itself favourably to meet the challenges ahead, Vincent Logistics has decided to join the Berto Group as of 10 March 2022.

Founded in 1963 by Emile Berto, the eponymous company is now a family-owned ETI (Entreprise de Taille Intermédiaire), the French leader in the rental of industrial vehicles with or without drivers. Relying on the complementary nature of its activities, controlled external growth and a particularly attractive human resources policy, the Berto Group wanted to expand its activities in Europe by acquiring our company.

In concrete terms, the Berto Group, based in Avignon (France), has acquired all the shares in Vincent Logistics, while retaining Julian, Maxim, Caroline and Jean Vincent as the company's operational managers; strategic management will henceforth be operated directly by the Berto Group. The company's legal name will remain unchanged.

In 2021, the Berto Group, which employs around 4,000 people, generated turnover of almost EUR 350 million, throughout France and also in Poland, Spain, Italy, Germany and Morocco.

In recent years, we have seen profound changes in the transport and logistics sector. Small and medium-sized companies such as ours will have to adapt or disappear. In view of this, the integration of Vincent Logistics into the Berto Group seemed necessary and desirable!

Over and above these considerations, our two companies share strong values of humanism, boldness and integrity towards our employees and customers, as well as a clear commitment to the environment and to reducing greenhouse gases.

With over 60 years' experience in the transport sector and, given its geographical location in Europe, we are convinced that the Berto Group will be the ideal partner to guarantee the development and sustainability of our company!
